Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Delivers group and individual instruction and training to Managers and Supervisors covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in the field of management development.
2. Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, workshops and on the job coaching.
3. Selects or develops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
4. Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
5. Visits outlets on a weekly basis and delivers on-the-job coaching to sales staff, following their initial orientation training
6. Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
7. Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, and for unit departments.
8. Review instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods, as and when required.
9. Lead, motivate, guide, and train HO staff/ sales employees, performing related work, as and when required.
10. Act as an ambassador of Paris Gallery and maintain high standards of professionalism and grooming at all times.
11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Graduate Degree in any discipline. MBA Degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Teaching and facilitation skills.
- Ability to determine training objectives.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Skilled in preparing instructional aids and plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of departments in a diverse community.
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:
- Implementation and facilitation of technical, operational, and/or specialty training events and programs.
- Consultation and collaboration with individuals and departments on complex training issues.
- Assessment of training needs and objectives, and designing and developing responsive programs and initiatives.
- Design and development of comprehensive training plans, curriculum, and aids.
