Job description / Role
This position is required for a leading Civil Construction Consultancy for its construction projects based in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a Cost Analyst with the Civil/Infrastructure Work Experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Equipment cost estimating.
2. Bid solicitation from domestic and international suppliers.
3. Negotiating and managing list prices with targeted suppliers.
4. Preparation of estimates for Operations & Maintenance Proposals (defence, education, industrial, commercial and residential).
Requirements
Requirements:
1. Previous cost estimating experience preferred.
2. Strong mathematical and business analysis abilities.
3. Able to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Demonstrated proficiencies in analysing RFP’s.
