Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.

Al Futtaim Auto Center (ALAC) is part of the Al Futtaim's Automotive Division. ALAC has six divisions comprising of Body Centers - Toyota & Lexus within UAE, Fast Repair, Customs & Classics, Auto Equip, Tyre Zone and Fastfit. ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Cost Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will provide support to the after sales team, taking care of the financial part of the process, preparing pro-forma invoices, administering the local purchase orders and controlling consumable purchases.

The responsibilities of the role will also include:

* Evaluating the labour and parts line items in a service order, splitting them into different jobs and allocating sub orders
* In consultation with the Service Manager, applying discounts on labour and parts items of the service order
* Raising purchase requisitions and Local Purchase Orders on SAP using appropriate GL and Material Groups
* Carrying out goods receipts and Invoice verifications
* Raising purchase orders for sub-lets and bought-outs related to service order

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* A methodical approach with excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Be a strong communicator
* Experience working in an Office Administration environment with some basic financial experience
* Experience working with on-line systems
* Ability to work under pressure
* Proficient in MS Office
