To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.

We are currently seeking a Cost Clerk to join the team in Fujairah to ensure the accurate & on time submission of efficiency reports & handle all HR related matters for staff.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Ensure to collect all the cash & credit repair orders from Cashier.
* Ensure to close the repair orders on daily basis.
* Ensure to monitor the efficiency boards on daily basis.
* Ensure to update each service advisor's performance details on efficiency board on daily basis.
* Ensure to provide the accurate revenue report to all the responsible on daily basis.
* Ensure to coordinate with other staff in case of monitoring and submission of efficiency reports.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Eng.:

Minimum Experience:

3-4 years of working experience in back office.

Job-Specific Skills:

Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards
Ability to maintain strong administration skills
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner.
