Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The jobholder is responsible for controlling objectives of project cost, schedule, progress, resource, financial and change control. Will have to coordinate with project, engineering, control, procurement, construction, QA/QC departments and managers and external stakeholders including clients.

Successful candidate will assist the project manager with the reporting and/or analysis of project financial, cost/budget, schedule/progress, resource financial and change issues and support providing and monitoring of project cash flow plan and control its status. He/she will support developing and control project schedule, resources and cost/budget with coordination among the project, related departments. Support the reporting and/or analysis of project risk and corrective action plan to be provided with coordination among the project, related departments, the client and subcontractors. Prepares the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and Change/supplemental Proposal for Clients Project.

Requirements

- Graduate of Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas and EPC Industry.
- Broad experience in Oil & Gas Brownfield and Greenfield facilities with EPC contractors.
- High order interpersonal skills and the ability to operate within a multinational environment with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
- High level managing skill for Project Control functions and activities including Project Risk analyzing.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to interact across multiple disciplines.
- Strong proven communication, negotiations, influencing and presentation skills.
