Cost Control Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned construction contracting business. Our client is looking to hire a Cost Control Manager to join their team based in Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will monitor expenditure, manage budgets, prepare monthly cost reports and perform other general duties as and when required. Your main responsibilities will include preparing staff and equipment analysis reports as well as analysing the rates of sub-contractors.

Requirements

Additionally you will monitor and approve expenditure overall ensuring that it is within the approved budget according to account policies and procedures. You will also prepare the monthly cost report with the profit and loss status.

The successful candidate should have experience in the same or similar position ideally with at least 8 years in the UAE within a construction contracting business.
