Job Title: Cost Control Manager
Location: Benghazi – Libya
Salary: Competitive + Accommodation, Food, Medical, Transport & Rotation – 9 Weeks on & 3 Weeks off.

This global EPC Contractor is urgently looking for an experienced Cost Control Manager to work on a Large ‘Heavy Civil’s’ Airport project in Benghazi – Libya.

You will be responsible for the Cost Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement Manager and Cost Engineers. You will be required to report regularly to Senior Management on the progress of the cost department and in addition you will have a knowledge and background in Planning using Primavera P6.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

- Civil Engineering Degree
- Experience working for a Major EPC Contractor
- Experience working as a Cost Control Manager on Large ‘Heavy Civil’’ Projects (Airport experience preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Experience of managing Surveyors, Cost Engineers, Procurement Managers and Estimators

This is fantastic but urgent requirement and therefore preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and who are available quickly
