Cost Control Manager

A major Qatar based contracting company are looking for a cost control manager to join their team. This business is a major player in the Qatar construction market with a very wide range of large and prestigious projects. They have a good reputation in the country and are continuing to win more projects in the Middle East.

We need a candidate with extensive proven experience dealing with the costs and commercial aspects of large, complex construction projects so that projects are delivered in budget. You will be charged with integrating the cost reporting software in this role. You will be office based, covering the overall running of the commercial department from a cost perspective as well as productivity and product monitoring and cost reporting.

Requirements

* Degree qualified
* At least 15 years experience in cost planning and managing costs
* Extensive Middle East experience
* Extensive experience on large scale construction projects
* Able to easily move to a role in Qatar
