Employment: Full Time

The Role:

The position contributes to the success of Casual Dining by providing the accounting and the analysis of the retail cost of goods sold and inventory adjustments; providing suggestions, advice and an accounting perspective to retail operations, retail FMC, MIS, food and beverage and other internal departments in relation to retail inventory and cost.

Responsibilities:

* Takes the lead to analyze the day to day and period end results with respect to retail products by department.
* Provides and supports retail Ops on sales, gross margin analysis.
* Identifies management information needs with respect to inventories and related costs.
* Identify user compliance issues and suggestions for improvements to the department manager for further action in line with Applicaiton system manager's (ASM) discretion.
* Provide information needs with respect to sales, product updates and inventories and related costs and provided suggestions to user compliance issues for improvement as advised by ASM.
* Provides useful reports to retail Ops and cross functions with information regarding sales, costs and inventory adjustments and variances.
* Identify any opportunities to speed up month end closing process by following up on inventory bookings and all related processes that is being performed from store and warehouse.
* Provide management with information regarding sales, costs and inventory adjustments and variances.

Requirements

* College level with specific coverage of an accounting related field
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literate and evidence of using simiolar systems in previous organizations.
* Evidence of progressive experience within a multi unit retail operation & team skills
