Job description / Role
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in construction estimating and contract administration supported by some formal training. Experience working as Cost Controller in large Construction projects
Experience in:
- Tracking incurred cost against establish budget
- Cost Collection
- Trending and Forecasting
Act as liaison between field and management
Must be fluent with Microsoft computer packages.
Experience with computerized bidding software and critical path scheduling software is a plus.

• Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or Accounting (Construction Field accounting) is a major plus
