Executive Solutions in partnership with Faithful+Gould are looking to recruit Cost Engineers for a large scale mixed use development project across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.

Roles and Responsibilities
- The Cost Engineers responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Experience in performing, monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling / cost engineering functions which include schedule development, schedule control, schedule analysis, cost estimating cost control and cost analysis
- Knowledge in supervision, personnel administration and training of technical and nontechnical personnel. Skilled in oral and written communication
- Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications
- Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications currently used.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction management and business management customarily acquired by prolonged course of specialised instruction
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and Controller operations which impact Project Controls.

Requirements

- Must have a engineering degree from the relevant field (Bachelor Degree of Engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience and 1 Years experience in KSA
- Must be familiar with an array of international forms of contracts (inc. FIDIC)
- Candidates must have work experience in large scale mixed use developments
- Must have outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English
- Must be a proactive team player but also able to work on own initiative
- Must be able to work both independently with a proactive approach and collaboratively as part of a multi-cultural team
- Should be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
