Job description / Role
Cost Engineer - Water Business Group - Dubai , UAE
- Performs cost engineering analysis, and control activities
- Prepare monthly and periodic cost reports
- Establish and maintain cost control measures for projects
- Assist in preparation of reports and other related deliverables to client
- Prepare earned value assessment, Estimate at Completion, CPI and SPI at various levels of the supply chain
- Prepare estimates and variation analysis
- Coordinate closely with project managers for project reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in QS, Engineering, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 -5 years experience including Middle East experience
- Extensive knowledge in costing tools
- Experience in Primavera P6, MS project and other scheduling tools is a plus
- Fluent in written English
- Highly proficient in Excel and Access
- Cost Engineer/Scheduling Certificate preferred
