The Role


The Role

My client is a UK based International Consultant with a growing work load in Qatar on key infrastructure projects.

As such I am looking for a Cost manager to work on high value commissions with key responsibility for;

• Cost Management
• Cost Planning
• Estimation
• Commercial and Contractual Management

The role is a pre Contract role and candidates will need to have a strong consultancy and construction management background and be well versed in pre contract commercial programme management.

Projects are predominantly infrastructure led within long term contracts on the preparation for major construction works in Doha and wider.

You can expect a package around 35- 40 QR plus flights and insurances.

Requirements


Requirements

You will have 10-15 years experience
Aged between 30- 40 years old
Degree in Quantity Surveying
MRICS
Trained and qualified in the UK or Commonwealth Nation.
Experienced in leading a pre – contract team.
Experience of FIDIC is a must.
