The Role


The Role

One of my clients has a some what unusual role for Qatar.

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a Project Management twist to their key skills and experience range. Cost management is key as is your ability contractually, contract administration and claims advise coupled with programme management experience.

The types of projects will be diverse and range from infrastructure immediately then construction as the market improves.

The role is with an International Consultancy who specialise in Cost and Project Management.

Package can be expected to be in the region of;
38-45 QR pm plus flights and Insurances.

Requirements


Requirements

You should have 15 years experience and ideally aged between 35-40 years old.

You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with MRICS, MCIOB, MCIArb< MICE, etc.
You will need to have a strong background and base in a PQS / consultancy practice.

You will have comprehensive programme management experience on major projects in the GCC and be well versed and comfortable with FIDIC contractually and in claims advise and avoidance
