Job description / Role
Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities across its Middle East Offices and is currently looking for Cost Managers /Quantity Surveyors (all levels) for the Dubai office.
Responsibilities
Pre Contract:
- Estimating
- Cost Planning
- Procurement Services
- Measurement
Post Contract:
- Full post contract experience
- Fast track project experience
Requirements
- BSc QS or equivalent
- RICS or working towards, an advantage
- 5+ years experience (post graduate)
- Must have sector experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, retail & leisure;
- Must have good written / oral communication skills
- Must be proficient in software applications such as Auto CAD, QS CAD, CATO, BIM and Microsoft Office
- Middle East experience preferred
- Must have worked for blue chip PQS firms (non contracting background)
