Cost Manager - Saudi Arabia

We are currently recruiting for Cost Manager to lead consultancy consortium team responsible for the management and review of construction cost to support the build of this major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, will have a proven track record in providing departmental leadership on establish and implementing cost policy. The chosen candidate will be familiar with the cost needs of a major project (civil and electromechanical works) and will have proven ability in establishing methods and procedures used to prepare construction cost among multi-divisional groups.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 15-20 years experience in cost estimation on major infrastructure or rail construction projects
- Ability to perform difficult and complex estimating activities
- Demonstrate track record in the development and implementation of construction estimating policies and procedures
- Supervisory and managerial experience
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Desirable:
- Professionally accredited by MRICS or similar
- Infrastructure related project experience
- Experience working on projects located in the Middle East.
