Job description / Role
- Greet customers, complete necessary rental and parking processes.
- Disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental to customers.
- Communicate to customers informations about the products & services.
- Follow up with the clients to close the deal.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to all customer.
- Answer telephone calls in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
- Ability to handle so many customers simultaneously.
- Ability to handle and resolve customers complaints.
- Develop a good relationship with all existing & new customers.
- Maintain and update rental agreement files/ records.
- Communicate with drivers to coordinate vehicles pick-up and delivery.
- Ensure availability of cars for reservations and walk-in clients.
- Issue cash and credit receipts.
- Prepare daily cash/credit summary report for submission to the finance.
- Work quickly and accurately as self-motivated.
- Providing the personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Confidence to achieve the assigned monthly target.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- +3 years experience within a customer service & car rental.
- PC literacy with MS Office Apps expertise.
- Readiness to work in shifts (rotational) in different locations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude.
- Problem solving Techniques & skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be based in Kuwait.
- Have valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Fluency in English is a must (Arabic would be as advantage).
