Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities
- Understands and ensures adherence to the company Quality Policies, Standards and Guidelines (according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certification) and ensures compliance to processes and procedures set in the company IMS.
- Ensures strict adherence to the company Code of Conduct.

FOS
- Create new account user in FOS.
- Responsible for FOS Documentation Process Implementation.
- Implementation of Corporate FOS manuals.
- Responsible for FOS training within the region and for key user training.
- Check Master Data and rectify errors, if occurs.

ROLLOUTS
- Responsible for successfully rolling out new and existing applications (E-File, Seawarder, etc). Rollout procedure includes Implementation, Training, Coordination, proper communication.
- Measure e-file by number of operators in order ensures the quantity and quality level is maintained.

QUALITY CONTROL
- Quality control of Data and FOS programs.
- Overall Improve quality of FOS Documentations such as inside/outside covers, Delivery Notes, Arrival Notes.
- Contribute to ongoing Quality Improvement initiatives.

PANTRACE
- Generate Pantrace Performance Report on monthly basis and respective Business Units.
- Troubleshoot the tool performance problems if error occurs and inform the customer accordingly.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Speed of response to any technical and process related queries on ODW, E-File, FOS (incl.
SDB/ACS/SCS, Air-/Seawarder) and advanced Customs Manifestation (USA, Canada, China, Europe).
- Provide Font line technical contact for all testing, technical issues.
- Expand the knowledge and application of Software and Electronics into the Production/Experimental Testing.
- Facilities to support ongoing and future test requirements of the business.
- Identifies and resolves issues affecting internal customer client systems.
- Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues.
Assumes a proactive role in technical support call avoidance by identifying known problems and documenting resolutions.
- Actively supports the internal customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated.

CUSTOMER FOCUS (INTERNAL STAFF)
- Provide application and business analyst consulting services.
- Identify solutions through understanding client requirements and researching the options available in our products.
- Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner including management

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent.
- Diploma in Information Technology (Hardware & Software).
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar field and same industry.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Installation and Testing of FOS.
- Extensive Experience in Projects Implementation (FOS, E-File, Seawarder, etc).
- Extensive knowledge of software applications.
- Graduate from recognized university/college.
