Country HR Manager - Arabic Speaker
AED 35,000 per month

Our client, a well-recognised multinational firm, is currently recruiting for a Country HR Manager to their team in UAE.

Reporting into the Regional HR Director, you will be involved in supporting both the Recruitment and HR functions through the implementation of policies, procedures and international best practice. You will be driving key HR initiatives, identifying business needs and delivering excellent HR solutions. You will also be able to demonstrate working on an operational and strategic level and will have ideally worked on HR projects in areas such as employee engagement, talent management and succession planning.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a multinational environment, ideally gained within the field of engineering, oil and gas or a similar industry. You must hold a degree, speak Arabic fluently and have previous line-management experience.
