The RoleThe RoleOur client is a leading group of companies specializing in the FMCG and manufacturing sector, internationally recognized they are looking for a HR professional to lead their Saudi operation. Based in Jeddah and reporting to the Country GM with a dotted line to the HR Director the incumbent will manage the HR operations across 6 business units, you will ensure business strategies are aligned to the group strategic plan, you will lead the standardization of HR processes and systems across all business units, you will manage HR costs against agreed budgets. A key focus of the role will be the capability of the HR team and ensuring the succession planning, career management and development of high performers. You will drive implementation of appropriate company employee service centre and HR centre’s of excellence initiatives. This position will require you to have hands on approach with a proven track record in HR change management. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful will be required to have a recognized degree; you must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position in preferably FMCG, manufacturing or retail sectors. You must like a challenging environment and have hands on approach. A proven track record in leadership, change management and organizational development is essential. It is preferable to have had experience working in the Saudi Arabian market place. |
