Job description / Role
Salary: up to 35,000 plus benefits
Our client is a well-known Multi National logistics and freight forwarding company based in Dubai and works across all industries. Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Sales to help drive the company forward and achieve the global KPIs
This is a challenging role where you will need to complete the sales plans and forecasts for the country, and execute them through a team as well as taking ownership of high level clients personally.
Working with all departments your personable nature will allow you to get the best out of people as you motivate them toward achieving and providing exceptional service. Dealing with operational issues swiftly with the customer will help you to retain and enable the company to continue to be seen as one if the best in the industry.
Developing process and optimising time spent in accordance with ISO standards will be an important part of the role as well as reviewing and analysing margins and costs associated with service lines.
Job Responsibilities
Performance Management, leadership and growth of a sales team
Create forecasts and plans and achieve the KPIs set for the company
Increase the client base and be influential in high value clients
Reviewing service offerings to clients through your sales team
Sign off on deals and negotiate rates
Deliver presentations after a client needs analysis
Requirements
Requirements:
5 years in the freight forwarding business at a management level
Sales experience in freight forwarding
Shipping documentation and Customs knowledge
Costing and business planning skills
