Employment: Full Time

A global leader in Facilities and Property Management is currently expanding into Africa and has successfully won contracts in Uganda.

They are urgently recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager. Based in Kampala, you will be vital in mobilizing the Facilities Management contracts throughout Uganda.

The successful Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a significant portfolio of buildings in Uganda
• Performance management of the Hard Services (in house) and the Soft Services (out sourced)
• Mobilization of the contract
• Recruitment of the Facilities Management team with the support of the wider business
• Ensuring that the contract is adhering to strict health and safety standards

Requirements

The successful Senior Facilities Manager will have the following background:

• Have 5-8 years of experience of managing Facilities Management Contracts in Uganda or internationally
• Must be a Ugandan national
• Worked for service providers or companies managing hard and soft services
• International experience
• Management of large budgets and led operations teams in the delivery of outstanding Facilities Management
• Experience of managing the facilities in large blue chip corporations
