Country Manager - Qatar (Arabic Speakers)
A leading multinational FMCG business is currently looking to hire a Country Manager to be based in Qatar. This role will oversee the implementation of the business commercial strategy within the region.
As the Country Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Define and ensure the achievement of the sales target of the business within the region.
- Ensure that all commercial activities in Qatar are aligned to the general business objectives.
- Conduct analysis on market trends and competitor activities and develop a business strategy based on its results.
- Liaise with key teams (Marketing, Planning, Sales, Operations, Finance) within the business to drive the success of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, MBA would be an advantage
- At least 12 years of Qatar/GCC Business Management experience
- Proven track record of success in commercial management within a similar multinational FMCG business
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
