Employment: Full Time

Salary: up to AED 30,000 based on experience.

Our Client is a trusted global partner for premium access solutions & services enabling better buildings.

With over 100 years of tradition behind it, the company offers holistic solutions covering all facets of door operability from hinges, closers and floor springs to automatic door systems and time & access control solutions.

Production plants in Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, China and North and South America.

The group is represented in more than 50 countries.

Their products include Swing Doors Sliding Doors Automated Doors Revolving Doors and Glass fittings and Service and Maintenance contracts.

Due to their improved management model we are seeking a Country Manager reporting to the Regional Director for their Kuwait operations.

Key Role is responsibility for managing all sales and business development activities.
- Manage a current team of 25 sales and administration staff
- Responsible for P&L of the operations in Kuwait
- Client relationship management with current and prospective customers
- Develop the business by acquiring new projects through developers, contractors and individuals
- Promote sales activities and marketing campaigns in order to develop the brand
- Reporting on strategic opportunities in the market
- Continually acquire company product knowledge and technical training where necessary

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in Building Materials, elevators or related products preferred
- Regional experience including the Kuwait market would be highly regarded
- Excellent communications skills in both English and Arabic
