Job description / Role
We are currently hiring for a Country Manager to be based with our client in Pakistan.
Our client are a global telecommunications/IT equipment company. The company focuses on fixed, mobile, and converged networking hardware, IP technologies, software, and services.
The Country Manager will largely be responsible for sales in Pakistan and the surrounding area as well as managing a team of more than 10 direct reports and a total office size of around 400.
The revenue in this area is more than 100 million mainly from IP. They key part of this role is to be a Sales Leader at the core and this will take 70% of the role with the remainder being operational country management duties.
Requirements
- Due to visa restrictions we are looking for a Western national for this expat role.
- We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and someone who is not afraid to lead from the front and build the area business plan and execute it.
- Must have minimum 10 years experience in telecommunications and sales in the telecom market.
- Must have sold related technology; IP, Optical, Wireless etc.
