Country Manager - FAMCO Egypt - Cairo, Egypt

The company is the sole distributor for Volvo construction equipment in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan, and for Volvo trucks & Volvo buses in UAE. It also exclusively distributes products internationally for global renowned industry heavyweights: Iveco, Astra, Cifa, Linde, Ingersoll Rand, Yanmar, Himoinsa, Doosan, CompAir, Merlo, Case and New Holland.

Operating through six separate trading divisions, FAMCO also enjoys an excellent reputation for its turnkey design, supply and installation of Dexion industrial shelving and storage systems.

The company also offers Used Equipment to its customers, together with rental, leasing and financial services.

We are seeking to hire FAMCO Egypt - Country Manager, whom will manage all FAMCOs business operations in Egypt with full P&L responsibility and will manage sales, parts, service and rental across multiple heavy equipment franchises. The Country Manager will also develop business with customers while maintaining high levels of customer service, and to represent the business in the general community As a member of the FAMCO Leadership Team to contribute to commercial and strategic decision making in order that the business unit achieves its annual objectives and KPIs in a time bound manner. Moreover, the CM will identify new market opportunities and grow the business as per agreed business plans and will Position FAMCO Egypt as a customer centric brand with actively engaged employees that excel in customer service.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or any relevant discipline. MBA would be an advantage.

Minimum Experience:
- 810 years Senior Management experience within a dynamic customer focused organisation, with knowledge and experience with heavy trucks/construction machinery/Agricultural/power & industrial equipment. A regional experience would be a distinct advantage.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Visionary with a high level of intellect and a strategic thinker.
- Financial Accounting fully conversant with all aspects of profit & loss and skill set associated with the running of a large entity.
- Able to employ and track KPIs across the business.
- An Arabic & English speaker is essential in this role.
