Job description / Role
I am currently looking to appoint an experienced Country Manager to work in Yemen.
My client is a Logistics Company who service Oil and Gas clients as well as covering projects work.
This is a replacement position as the candidate currently in the role is progressing to a more regional position and so I am looking for a suitable replacement for this position.
The client is non-negotiable on two aspects of this position and will only consider candidates who are US nationals, AND Arabic speaking. Currently no other nationalities will be considered at this stage.
Requirements
I am looking for a candidate who not only meets the above mentioned criteria, but someone from a logistics background who has experience in a similar role. The key aspects of the position are:
Proven business development management
HR activities
Monitoring budgets
Assessing progress against budgets
Previous responsibility for budgets
People management
The rotation shift pattern for this position is 3months on, 2 weeks off.

Able to work in Yemen as location.
