Job description / Role
The Highfield Company are currently working closely with a Leading International Oilfield Service company. Due to continuous growth our client seek a Country Manager to be based in Angola.
To direct, control and full accountability of the Business Unit to meet and exceed client expectations aligned with the Corporate Strategic Plan. Responsibilities for this position will include; providing leadership and direction for QHSE, commercial planning, coordination, development and continual improvement of the business unit.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Business Administration or related subject
- Excellent ability to interpret Oil and Gas Industry trends, developing markets, analysis and strategies.
- Flexible to international travel
- Conversant in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Highly motivated and capable of working to strict deadlines.
- Must be able to effectively manage changing priorities. Proactive work ethic with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to build productive working relationships.
- Excellent analytical, numerical and reasoning skills; to be able to assess problems thoroughly and determine logical conclusions.
- Strong Communication skills to be able to converse with clients, senior management and staff of all levels
