Job description / Role
Our client - an emerging, well-funded food division is searching for Country Manager-Restaurant Franchisees to lead and inspire franchise businesses to deliver the financial budget and strategy whilst delivering the brand proposition.
- A strong background in Multi-Unit Franchise Operations / Business Management within the fast food /quick service restaurant industry. Both BOH and FOH experience is necessary.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/F& B industry, ideally in KSA or MENA region
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in both Arabic and English languages
- Proficiency in food costing, labor costing and P& L analysis.
- Restaurant management training experience.
- New unit opening experience is highly preferred. Must be available to travel for new restaurant openings.
- Proven ability to set goals and inspire store level teams and Franchise Owners toward personal improvement and operational development.
- Positive and friendly attitude with the initiative to appropriately deal with Franchise Owners and employees in any situation - new store opening and on-going training and operations.
- Outgoing, energetic individual who is performance driven and able to work independently delivering non-stop results.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent critical thinking/problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail set up and operating processes and Procedures
- Strong understating of franchisee agreements and experience with managing multi-brands
- Excellent Commercial awareness, planning and organizing skills and business acumen.
- Ability to lead and ultimately drive business through several franchises.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager
- You will live and build the brands within the KSA region
- Training and development experience is must
