Job description / Role
Our client is a European based company established in the 1970's, they are a market leader in the video security. They develop and produce, in-house, innovative video systems for discerning users all over the world. The have an extensive presence in the Middle East - among satisfied customers are Federal Government agencies & large MNC's.
The positions varied range of duties includes:
- Budget, revenue & profit responsibility
- Strategic market development in terms of sales & marketing
- Development and expansion of the partner network
- Introduction and implementation of predefined sales and partner processes using the related, relevant tools
- Increase brand awareness in the region
- Regular reporting and visits to the European HQ
Requirements
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical and/or business management understanding
- Several years of experience in the B2B and B2C market
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other sales orientated software tools including ERP software
- Good understanding of CRM systems
- Independent, structured work ethic
- Flexible working time with intense workload, willingness to travel (up to 75%)
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Intercultural competence
- Good, string negotiation and communication skills
