Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To improve top-line growth by maximizing sales and identifying new business opportunities in Bahrain region.
• To provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt, including refinancing and purchasing/or sales. Operational and strategic responsibility for our Car rental company. Management and review of revenue margins and identify growth opportunities. Quantifying revenue stream, operating costs and estimated profits.
• To prepare and submit the business plans and strategies for developing business in Bahrain, and achieving the Company’s sales goals. The candidate should be fully capable and thoroughly competent to work in a fast-paced environment, and implement marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
• To develop and implement effective marketing, promotional and national advertising plan. Marketing leasing strategies of car rental to corporate clients and individuals.
• To manage Profit & Loss for the Company and review variances, revenue margins and identify growth opportunities. The candidate should have the capability to review the financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and sales targets achievement, and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement.
• To have sufficient experience in managing the car rental business, Car leasing policies, maintaining Corporate image and assuring 100% customer service.
• To be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operational management of the car rental facilities and to ensure the optimization of all resources in an efficient and profitable manner.
• To have extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and automotive systems including but not limited vehicle layout, function and location of parts, steering, suspension, brakes, engines, transmissions, fuel, cooling, electrical, car engine and body control systems.
• To maintain and ensure compliance of Company policies and operational budget guidelines, and report to the Directors on weekly basis.
• To have relevant experience, knowledge & skill to use the auto equipment, including computer diagnostic equipment utilized in the car rental.

Requirements

University Qualifications: MBA in sales
Nature and length of previous experience: 15-20 years
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent communication skills, Sales & Marketing skills, Leadership, analytical & Cost Control, Planning, Team building, Conflict resolution, Quality Assurance, Client Management, Vendor Development, Strategic Procurement, Team Management and Monthly Information System (MIS).
Language Fluency: English, Arabic
