Country Manager

HansaWorld is looking for a motivated self starter to join us as a Country Manager. The Country Manager is responsible for managing and expanding operations in their country/business territory. The Country Manager is also responsible for ensuring their office/offices conform to the company's policies and procedures as documented. Responsibilities
-Organize and support operations of the company as directed by Headquarters
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to fulfil the role of distribution office
- Together with Headquarters establish sales strategy, plans and targets, and ensure their achievement
- Provide HQ with timely and accurate information about the state of business, regularly and on demand
- Carry out orders and recommendations of HQ
- Build pipeline
- Drive sales process

The Country Manager reports directly to the General Manager and to other HQ functional managers (on demand).

Requirements

Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience in a fast paced office environment
- Excellent English language skills
