Country Manager

Job description / Role

An exceptional and exciting role has just opened within one of the most reputable company in GCC. They are now looking to hire a Country Manager to head their retail operations in Iran.

As the Country Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement brand strategy that is tailor made for the Iranian market
- Grow the brands market share within Iran
- Develop the annual sales plan and work in driving the achievement of all the brands targets and KPIs- Work with the management team in Dubai, UAE to oversee the allocation process
- Ensure that all brand activities (sales, marketing and distribution) are in line with the brands long term strategy

Requirements

- Needs to be an Iranian with experience in a similar role (retail operations, brand management etc)
- Will involve travel between Dubai and Iran, but ideally Iran based (would consider UAE based with frequent travel to Iran)
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Strong negotiation and time management abilities
- Good planning and organisational skills
