The RoleThe RoleOur client is a global dairy company and a co-operative that has production facilities in 13 countries and sales offices in a further 20, with a total of more than 16,000 employees. The company has sold dairy products to the GCC region since the start of the 1970s and are looking for a Country Manager to lead their operation in Iraq. Job Responsibility: 1. To optimize total profitability and sales growth within the current and future market in Iraq. 2. To lead, coach and develop the team to achieve maximum performance 3.To identify new business opportunities and the development of sales strategies in Iraq. 4. Responsible for growing the market shares in Iraq through best in class distribution and visibility of the product range and by strengthening the position of brands. 5. Managing and developing relationship with major clients. |
RequirementsRequirements1. Minimum of 6 years management experience within sales, preferably from a major international FMCG company, and a proven track record showing great sales, marketing and management achievements. 2. Fluency in Arabic is required 3. Strong communicator and take personal interest in the development and enabling of the organization. 4.Strong analytical skills, good financial insight |
