The RoleThe RoleThis is a Country Manager position responsible for developing the business for a Multinational Consumer Health Care company. Reporting to the Regional Manager of the Middle East, this position will be responsible for: Managing the day to day activities of the distribution team. Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning for the growth of the market. Effectively implement marketing plans through the distribution and dental detailer teams. Managing all trade channels including pharmacies, general/traditional trade as well as medical professionals. Implementing and managing the total sales and marketing plan in the Iraq market |
RequirementsRequirementsWe are searching for a experienced professional within the FMCG sector that has: 5-8 years commercial work experience (preferable in the FMCG sector) Hands on experience in managing distributors in the Iraq market University education is essential – MBA is preferable Arabic and English language skills are essential (preferable an Iraqi national) Competitive compensation and Benefits. |
