Country Manager

Job description / Role

You will report to a regional general manager and have P&L responsibility for the business. This will involve, sales planning, budgeting, target setting and achievement of goals. As such you will have operational and financial responsibility for the business. You will be responsible for providing leadership and physical management of up to 50 staff. In this capacity the focus will be building and promoting an ethical business culture concentrating on service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Must be degree level educated, preferably with some financial qualifications or training - a solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential as this role involves P&L management, agreeing annual budgets as well as producing financial reports.
- 10 or more years experience in a senior sales or BDM position with responsibility for a team on a regional level. Strong understanding of how a business operates and a proven track record demonstrating business acumen.
- General management experience is preferred.
- Excellent networking skills. Highest standards of customer service.
- Performance-based management approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership. Both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage operations, with in-depth knowledge and experience of the market segment F&S operates in.
- Full understanding of the products and services provided by F&S.
