Country Manager - East Africa
A major international Real Estate business is currently experiencing rapid growth in Africa.
They are urgently recruiting for a Country Manager to manage the growth of their business in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya.
You will be responsible for the business growth and manage the current client base.
The Country Manager will work the regional and group functional leaders to execute against the country’s set objectives and have full accountability for: Sales Development; Marketing; Operations; Finance and HR Administration.
The responsibilities of the Country Manager will include:
• Deliver the development potential of the country
• Maximise the profit potential and cash return for the Country
• Ensure consistent growth of quality revenue
• Ensure that the company’s operations processes are followed and well executed
• Responsible for to deliver customer retention and satisfaction
• Identify landlords or developers for partnership lease opportunities
Requirements
The successful Country Manager will have the following background:
• At least 5 years’ experience of sales in the corporate Real Estate market
• Experience of sourcing leads through effective market analysis
• Background of following up leads through to a successful sale
• Experience of managing a team of sales or operations staff
