Country Manager - Seed Specialist - Kenya

Millar Cameron is an international recruitment consultancy focussing on Agriculture in Africa, specialising in placing excellent professionals in mid- to senior level positions. We are currently representing a leading, international Agriculture Inputs company and are aiding them in their search for a qualified Country Manager.

As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the operations in Kenya, conducting business development and liaising with the staff that are completing a number of different job roles around the country and making sure a high level service is provided Agro Chemical Company.

Responsibilities:
- Completing business development for the company
- Keeping up relations with clients
- Creating reports for your Regional General Manager
- Quarterly report on budgets and staff

Requirements

- Degree/Masters level educated
- Experience in the Agro Chemical industry/Relevant industry
- 5+ years experience
- Managerial Experience with clear leadership skills
- Experience of working in Africa
