Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Operational responsibilities for Kuwait market, strengthens country Leadership, maximize the growth potential & profit contribution. Plan, organize and control all sales & promotional activities to accomplish marketing & sales objectives of Julphar in Kuwait. Explore new business development opportunities that will add incremental values to Julphar business in Kuwait.

Management Activities:
- Lead, direct and coach his direct reports as well as the Medical Representatives of the country. Set objectives & plans for their professional development and review its implementations.
- Plan & ensure implementation of cycle promotional plans, sales action plans and objectives of Julphar products at the physicians & pharmacies level.
- Effectively allocating resources to achieve the agreed sales & marketing plans.
- Deal with the agent in a professional way to ensure proper distribution of Julphar products.
- Ensure that field forces are continuously trained, motivated and developed in customer focus selling to meet their current accountability & maximize their potential productivity.
- Participate with medical, marketing, & regulatory managers in the planning and strategies of new products introduction and follow on its launch activities.
- Build & maintain professional sound relationship with key opinion leaders (KOLs) & Key authorities in MOH and Institutions who influence the sales & marketing of Julphar products to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring timely registration of Julphar new products, and assuring the key opinion leader support for acceptance of the submitted prices in collaboration with RAK Regulatory team.

Sales Activities:
- Managing total business of the assigned market, with full responsibility for achieving both top and bottom lines and ensure meeting the agreed sales growth
- Forecast, set sales budget & operating expenses of Julphar promoted products in Kuwait.
- Evaluate & propose all new sales opportunities.
- Handle & deal with sales issues of Julphar distributor/ Importers.
- Proactively managing deviations from the sales plan in order to minimize downsides and maximize upsides opportunities.
- Prepare & submit country annual & revised sales forecast, budget & best estimate of Julphar promoted products.
- Monitor & control marketing & selling expenses in accordance with the approved budget to obtain maximum return on investment (ROI). Take corrective actions where required.
- Coaching direct report to improve & empower the sales force capabilities. Motivate & inspire the sales force in each country.

Requirements

Core competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Attitude)

- 12+ years experience.
- At least 3 years experience in Sales Management & Country Management.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related science.
- Leadership & Managerial Skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong operational, structured and thorough working style
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and creative
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
- Results-oriented, customer focused, with a serious commitment to excellence
- Marketing intelligence.
- Able to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
