You will be responsible for managing the operational growth of a significant food retail business within the Middle East region. You will hold overall responsibility, P&L responsibility as well as participating in the strategic development of the region for the business.
It will be expected that you will deliver maximum return on investment through ongoing development of infrastructure including new location opportunities within this rapidly expanding country.

Working in line with business plans and strategies you will deliver profitability and exceptional customer service on a continuous level.

Requirements

As this role will involve you speaking with, liaising amongst and influencing local authorities and services within Qatar we are ideally seeking an Arabic speaking professional who has a minimum of 10 years experience within the QSR, Casual Dining, and Restaurant business.

You must have full P&L management responsibility as well as demonstrate your ability to operate at a senior level across a multi region based business.
