Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

The IML Country Manager is required to oversee the services provided by the company to the client. In this position he is responsible for

1. Relationship and Account management between the client and IML.
2. Ensuring that the mutually agreed systems and management processes are correctly implemented and strictly adhered to.
3. Auditing the processes of the Retail Representatives where appropriate and making recommendations to the client of any improvements or changes that would increase efficiency and financial safety.
4. Compliance of company operations with targets and agreed operating procedures.

Included in these responsibilities, the Country Manager will be responsible for

1. The logistical management of materials received on behalf of the client. On receipt, quantities are to be reported to the clients local Country Manager who will direct the locations as to where the materials are to be dispatched.
2. Screening of candidates for the clients related services as required by the clients local Country Manager.
3. Staff related administrative issues.
4. Assisting the clients local Country Manager with new initiatives he may from time to time launch including assisting in facilitating necessary staff training which client may from time to time require.

The IML Country Manager will report to the clients Country Manager on all related issues and will do so by weekly conference call plus monthly meeting at dates and times specified by the clients local Country Manager.
The IML Country Manager will report directly to the IML Operations Director on all IML and administrative related issues.

1. New product dress-up TCO Presentation.
2. New product dress-up TCO Checklist
3. Clients Promotions and Activities Report
4. Competitors' Promotions and Activities Report
5. Competitors' Incentive Scheme Report in the trade
6. RRP Audit sheet per KDRs

RRs Weekly reports:

1. Weekly Presentation
2. Tracking sheet for Grey products
3. Key Retail outlet Dashboard
4. Price tracking report
5, Product knowledge checker
6. Monthly market performance

Other Reports:

1. The updated inventory grid of our W/H & new material received
2. Clients Visibility audit per KDR
3. RRs news letter monthly
4. Old branding issues in the trade TCO
5. Manual tracking reports

Requirements

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office essential)
Individuals with relevant degrees may have a competitive edge.
Customer Service skills
Hardworking & dedicated
Should be able to work as part of a team & individually
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
