The RoleThe RoleMy client is a global consulting firm with 17 offices around the world and nearly 600 diverse employees that include engineers, architects, planners, construction specialists and program managers, we offer one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios in building and infrastructure development, including airport, architecture, environmental, transportation and engineering solutions. They are currently expanding their business into Libya and as a result of their continued growth, they now require a Country Manager to help lead operations in Tripoli. The primary duty for the Senior Executive is the responsibility for the success of regional operations to include financial, organizational, and all business needs. The Senior Executive is also responsible for the business development efforts within established regional goals in the designated region. The Senior Executive is responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, maintaining and expanding relationships within existing client organizations, developing market networks, and positioning the firm for potential opportunities. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for the position: You must have Executive level leadership experience. Minimum 10-15 years of Engineering/Architectural progressive experience including technical and business management responsibility. Candidate shall have Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred. Successful track record in managing high growth operations. Must have experience in Marketing and Business Development, Hiring, Training, Project Operation and Management, General Management, and Administration. Candidate must be an excellent communicator, both verbal & written, and a highly skilled manager with excellent people skills. Preference given to Candidates with Middle East experience.
