Country Operations Manager - Regional Operations - UAE

Central Operations is responsible, throughout all Middle East markets, for country profitability focusing on loss prevention, audit and customer service, at the same time driving consistent operational efficiency and best practice in all stores via the company standard operating procedures. Acting as a central point of store communication for the business, the team also protects the company's reputation, supports new brand openings and resolves any issues and problems on the ground.

The Role:
The Country Operations Manager is an ambassador of the Alshaya Business, with influence spanning across all of the fashion stores, restaurants and cafs in the Middle Eastern Markets. The key focus of this role is to ensure that all policies, practices and procedures are adhered to from an Operational perspective.

Your other responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring conditions and market trends within the local market
* Driving and delivering sales performance, operational efficiency and profit return
* Managing operational environments
* Business development and country profitability.

Requirements

* Senior management experience within a multi-site retail (fashion or food) brand
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Experience of managing across a wide geographical area
* The ability to identify and deliver initiatives to enhance business and increase sales
* Experience of managing compliance to standard operating procedures, policy and practice.

International experience would be an advantage.
