The Role


The Role


Accountable for:

- Achieving the countries Retail Sales & Services targets as per the annual budget set & agreed with HO
- Ensuring compliance with the set policies & procedures and HO strategic guidance
- Develop the country’s Retail budget & propose it to HO for approval
- Review and approve the detailed sales plans of the branches & Direct Sales team
- Drive, manage & track the performance of the Retail banking team in the country towards achieving the set business goals & targets
- Act as the Senior Retail Sales Executive and provide direct support to sales teams in developing & maintaining relationship with key employers
- Oversee the execution / roll out of Marketing campaigns as set by HO
- Manage the implementation of Service Quality action plans as set by HO
- Oversee and manage the local execution of remote banking channels utilization initiatives as set by HO
- Oversee and manage the local execution of Branches new opening, relocation, closing as set by HO
- Provide feedback & input to respective HO global departments with respect to new products / credit policies
- Review & approve exceptional credit applications based on the approved authority matrix

Job Requirements

Education:
Degree in Business Management or any related field from a recognized University.

Experience:
10 years of Retail sales & service with a leading Regional/ International financial institution, of which 3 years in a similar position

Competencies:
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Strong sales & service orientation
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Team building & leadership skills.
- Negotiation & Problem Solving Skills.
