Award winning retail brand seeks a country head to oversee expansion within Saudi Arabia. Tax free remuneration package and career development and investment opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing the retail strategy of this prominent home furnishings retail brand and accountable for the P&L strategy to manage the concepts growth (increased market share, profit increase etc. ), mark & property strategies.
The brand is looking to expand rapidly so we need someone who has experience within the management of project CAPEX control and new store launches.

This brand is already outperforming its competitors and due to consumer expectations for the brand to more present across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, coupled with the businesses strategic expansion plans into KSA we require a high calibre retail professional for this position asap. Requirements

- 15 years retail experience, five of which will be at a senior managerial level.
- At least five years working within home furnishings/ furniture etc.
- P&L management experience.
- Large store format experience (over 15,000 sq. ft.)
- New store launching experience.
- Considerable retail operations experience.
- Strong people leader, influencer, results-driven, exceptional communication and analytical skills as well as critical thinking and business acumen.

Our client has both own brand and franchise brands under there portfolio and have over 30 years experience of being at the forefront of the fashion, furnishings, health & beauty and F&B retail industries. They give lots of autonomy and business decision making responsibilities to there senior managers and as such the right candidate will be able to conceptualize, create and execute effective retail strategies across a number of functions.
