Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the job:

To independently develop and manage the TV/DAV segment in the GCC region by working closely with Distributors. Responsibility would include developing and maintaining the correct level of Distributor’s resource, ensuring the sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers.

Key Objectives:

The successful applicant is responsible for developing and maintaining allocation of each distributor’s across GCC with clear objective of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue across CTV/DAV products. The position involves managing and monitoring the Distributors sales operations and development, driving continuous demand and ensure display quality. He will support the Head of the Division in putting together the CTV/DAV strategy.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful applicant is responsible for:
• To deliver market share, revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensuring that each distributor is allocated at the correct level of resource.
• Providing of accurate and timely forecasts and reports as required by management team.
• Conducting market trend analysis and working closely with the distributor team to develop plans to overcome potential issues.
• Identify key models and liaise with Marketing and distributors to establish them as HIT products
• Liaise with Marketing and distributors to enhance product visibility in the retail outlets.
• Country wise sales planning
• Channel development
• Channel Marketing

• Co-Op Marketing Implementation
• Sell out programs

• Support market share achievement

Requirements

Experience, Education and Licensure
• Over 5 years experience in distributor management within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies.
• Masters in Business or Commerce.
• Should have a good knowledge of the Consumer electronics industry
• A track record of success within GCC is essential
• Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
• Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record.
• Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
• Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature
• Good PC skills- Excel., PowerPoint
