Employment: Full Time

An opportunity with a Multinational FMCG client that have some of the best performing brands across multiple categories

Reporting to the Sales Director GCC, this role will be seconded to the distributor in Kuwait and will be responsible to lead the distributors sales teams in the country across all channels. Being the Country Manager would involve responsibilities like setting clear objectives, Leading Business Development Agreement negotiations in co ordination with Distributor sales team, Identifying opportunities in the trade to increase IMS (In Market Sales), clear communication and adherence to pricing/promotions while being completely responsible for budgets and overheads.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 5-10 years of work experience in Sales across channels with distributor management experience in Kuwait being a big advantage
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong influencing and analytical skills.
- Solid command of MS Office Suite.
