Country Sales Manager – Mobility

Job description / Role

Purpose of the job:

To closely develop/monitor/expand the mobility Sales in Kuwait by working closely with Distributors & Retailers in various aspects of Country Management. Geographic responsibility will cover Kuwait only.

Key Objectives:

Budgeting – Mobility products keeping in line with Management expectations
Maintain and Grow Revenue, Market share and Profitability as per management guidelines
Quarterly revenue/Margin target achievements

Position Responsibilities:
• Distributor management
- Sell through management
- Proactively recognizing and reacting quickly to market supply & demand
- Maintaining competitive awareness and pricing
• Retail Management
- Directly set targets and manage each retail sales & investments
- Develop channel loyalty program
- Sell out management – continuously monitor channel PSI for necessary reactions
- Weekly PSI analysis
- Merchandising
- Promoter Management & training
- Conducting periodical review
- Display matrix recommendations and maintenance
- Develops and maintains relationship with Key contacts
• Pricing structure management
- Reacting to market changes with sense of urgency in order to maintain and grow the sales
• New product launch planning and execution
• In Store events - Planning & Management
• Explore branding opportunities from time to time
• Display leadership qualities that can create an environment where people can do their best with continuous focus on Business development.
• Provide Monthly & Quarterly report

Requirements

Qualifications
• Experience, Education and Licensure

• At least 4-5 years of extensive experience in Country Management with a vendor.
• Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
• Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
• Good networking with the local retail industry
• Extensive sales thinking and pro-active
• Strong accounts management skills
• Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
