Job description / Role
• Achieving the sales objectives in the region by strategic focus on new business development and strengthening existing client base.
• Attaining approved profitability targets for the brand by closely monitoring and refining sales activities.
• Constant coordination and interaction to drive the TEAM in terms of Sales Executives, Merchandisers, Service, Logistics and Admin
• Responsible for the demand and budget forecasting
• Ensure payments are collected within credit periods and outstanding debts are controlled.
• Conduct review meetings with sales team and ensuring that they are performing at par with the organization’s expectations in terms of sales, customer relations and payment collections.
• Planning and execution of seasonal promotions to clients with clear focus on net profitability.
• Identifying marketing and brand building opportunities and making effective and efficient initiatives towards building the brand
• Ensuring excellent after sales service by ensuring regular trips by the service team to the customers
Requirements
• Should have at least 8 years of rounded experience in the region handling Consumer Brands (Electronics/FMCG)
• Candidates who have moved up the Org chart will be given preference.
• Excellent Communication and Team Management Skills
• Should possess excellent contacts with A,B & C class retailers
• Should have experience in developing cost-effective trade promotions with clear focus on ROI.
• Sharp Analytical skills
Salary up to AED 25,000/- + benefits
