Country Sales Manager - Oman

- Setting clear objectives that are consistent with companys goals with each member of the regional team.
- Reviewing progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate.
- Leading Business Development Agreement negotiations in coordination with Distributor sales team
- Identifying opportunities in the trade to increase IMS (In Market Sales)
- Ensuring clear communication and adherence to pricing and promotions.
- Providing recognition and feedback to frontline
- Assessing salesman capability with cell accompaniments and reviews providing development feedback and coaching.
- Supporting successful execution of core work (delivery, backroom, management, merchandising, and equipment)
- Maintaining a physical presence in the region to ensure understanding of customers needs.
- Maintaining awareness of competitors activities, identifying market trends and relaying the information to the company.
- Managing distributor shipment, payment and resource allocation
- Controlling budgets and overheads.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Holding an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales.
- Know- how of sales and market knowledge.
- Proficient user of MS office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) skills.
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal). Arabic language is an advantage.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Pro-active person.
- Candidate is based in Oman.
